Here is an interesting thing about the magical appeal of suits. People respect people who wear a suit and gives even more than a damn but almost admiration for people who pull off a three pieces package. While less people are wearing vest on daily basis, the people who know what business is always know how to pull three pieces together and roll like a baller. 

Achieve a sleek confidence look in a gray color suits with pinstripe, let the sleek trimmings to show off the best body line of yours. Pair it with a semi collar shirt, plain or narrow repp tie and of course pocket square for the gents.

The trending gray color mixes so well with the Prince of Wales check. Put on a turtleneck instead of the regular shirt and tie is definitely a bold move to experiment. Idris Elba totally nailed.
