ZACHARY QUINTO x WINTER COAT SHOWCASE

#011 - Zachary Quinto's fall coat showcase

Zachary has recently done a photo shoot in New York City with luxury online retailer Mr Porter for their winter coats collection. Since the chilling cold has officially frozen our bones, there is no way we will be able to make it across town (or even blocks) without the appropriate protection. Here is the stylish presentation of the winter coat selections by the admirable Zachary Quinto.

By the way, love the Black and White tone pics.

Zachary Quinto is now playing a new show - The Glass Menagerie on Broadway. Read his latest interview with Mr. Porter here

THE GENTS IN SWEATER WEATHER

# 003 - How to charm your way thru the sweater weather

Thanksgiving is coming next week. You finally dragged yourself to get that haircut that you should have got two weeks ago, finalized your traveling plan to visit the family you have not seen for ages... what else? The turkey! No one really cares but you know you will be responsible to praise the cooking. Speaking of what to wear to visit your family, it's time to bring some charm. Let your sweater speak for you.

This fall Tommy Hilfiger presents their runway with a sense of elegance for the men. Throughout their Fall Winter 2013 runway we saw a huge amount of sophisticated checks on the models. For example, the beige wool Price of Wales check sweater (above right $300) brings out the warmth and the elegance. While we all might have too many solid color sweaters piling up in the closet. This sweater is certainly a good find to impress. Complete the outfit with matching Burgundy Price of Wales check pants ($300)

Grey/navy wool sweater with white trigonometric motif, £600; navy narrow trousers; navy belted trench coat, £1150, all by Dior Homme
Toffee/white/black chevron brushed stretch-wool/cashmere sweater, £795, by Burberry Prorsum; Black wool trousers, £195, by Burberry London

IT'S NOT JUST OUR FOOT FETISH! YOUR SHOES DOES DRAW ATTENTION...

#002 - How to pull up causal smart with boots

Do you remember that crowded train ride in rush hours everyday? Don't you think It is an awfully awkward situation when strangers are forced to look at each other without saying a word? You decide to pull out your phone, attempt to withdraw the attention from starring at someone's boobs. At one point, you will bow down your head, and… Here they are!! The shoes!

Shoes draw attention. Period.

We are living in the days where the line between formal and causal has been blurred. People wear a suit with sneakers, sport shoes, even sandals. Causal Smart is a stylish statement to dress causal without compromising the formality.

The models are presenting the new collection Palladium x Richard Chai

Having weekend brunch with friends, walking your dog in central park, and yes, shopping. Palladium came across to me a few years ago, the brand was found in 1920s and ever since their signature boots empire is remembered by layering canvas bands underneath vulcanized rubber. Their design is distinctive, the style always draw attention and it is very affordable and long lasting. Pair it up with your blazer jacket, and you just nailed it.
